| 摘 要： | 基于ANSYS软件的二次开发技术,以VC 开发了智能交流接触器设计及优化软件,并对交流接触器电磁机构进行优化设计和智能化改造。通过采用可变电流控制获得理想吸、反力配合曲线的方法,实现交流接触器的智能操作。结果表明,改造后的交流接触器节能、节材,大大减少了触头的弹跳时间。 |

| Abstract: | Based on secondary development technology of ANSYS,the intelligent AC contactor design and optimization software was developed by VC .The electromagnetic mechanism of AC contactor was optimized and renovated intelligently.The ideal method of attraction and anti-attraction matching curve was gained by variable current control,so intelligent operation of AC contactor was realized.The result show that the optimized AC contactor can reduce bouncing time of contact greatly,with energy saving and material saving. |
