摘    要:利用金相技术、力学性能试验及扫描电子显微镜断口分析研究了M120汽缸25Cr1MoV钢高温紧固螺栓断裂的原因。结果表明螺栓在长期高温工作条件下,网状碳化物沿晶界析出造成材料脆化,并且存在缺口产生应力集中,加上工人拆卸不当使其受到过载冲击力而断裂。经960℃正火、900℃正火及650℃回火的恢复热处理工艺能基本上消除网状晶界,改善微观组织,使螺栓有良好的性能。

Abstract:The fracture in the high temperature fastening bolts used on the cylinders has been investigated by means of metallography, mechanic tests and analyses of the fracture with SEM. The results showed that after working at high temperature for long time, carbide networks deposited along the grain boundary and embrittled the material. At the same time because of the stress concentrated near the notch and inappropriate dismounting the bolt fractured under the overload impulse force. Normalizing at 960℃, 900℃ and tempering at 650℃ eliminated the grain boundary networks and improved the microstructure.
