| 摘 要： | 以2-氯烟酸为起始原料，用硫脲引入巯基，再与苄基氯反应合成了2-苄硫基烟酸。确定优化的合成工艺为：摩尔比为0．96：1的2-氯烟酸与硫脲反应制得硫脲盐，用40％NaOH溶液水解2h，再滴加苄基氯反应。产物收率达98．6％，高于现有文献值。

| Abstract: | Taking 2-chloronicotinic acid as starting material and being sulfhydrylated by thiourea, 2-thio- benzyl nicotinic acid is synthesized after the reaction with benzyl chloride. The optimum synthetic process was as follows：thiourea salt was prepared by 2-chloronicotinic acid and thiourea with molar ratio of 0.96 ： 1, and was hydrolyzed by 40% NaOH solution,then the benzyl chloride was added dropwise into the reaction system. The yield was 98. 6 %,higher than the values ever reported. |
