大型炼化装置机组在线监测系统的设计与选型

摘    要:机组在线监测系统的自动化、智能化水平是大型炼化装置设计选型首先要面对的问题。国内石油化工企业选用的状态监测系统由于智能化程度不高而变成少数专业人员掌握的技术,机组的安全可靠运转不能摆脱对人的依赖,设备事故不能避免,预知维修水平较低。实践证明:状态监测专家自动诊断和自动预测系统是物联网的发展方向,在线监测、报警联动、预案管理、决策支持是保证大型炼化装置设备安全稳定运行的重要保证。

Abstract:The automatic and intelligent level of the on-line monitoring system for units must be faced and consid- ered for the design and selection of large-type refining device. Because of the lower intelligent level, the condition monitoring technolgies used in domestic petrochemical companies can only be grasped by few professional staff,the safety and reliability operation depend on experts,equipment failures cant be avoided and predicted maintenance level is low. Practice proves that automatic diagnosis and prediction of condition monitoring expert system is the development trend of Internet of Things. On-line monitoring, alarm linkage, predictive maintenance management and maintenance decision-making are necessary to large refining devices'safety and reliability operation.
