摘    要:以鳞片石墨为原材料,采用Hummers法制得氧化石墨烯水溶液,然后根据聚合法合成了聚丙烯酸钠/氧化石墨烯复合材料。确定制备高质量复合材料的实验参数;并分别探测了复合材料的吸水性、耐盐性以及保水率与聚丙烯酸钠进行比较。结果表明:实验参数为引发剂的含量为0.22%,交联剂含量为0.0173%,中和度在80%时,含量10ml氧化石墨烯的复合材料可吸收去离子水高达285mL/g,其吸水倍率优于聚丙烯酸钠近30%;在80℃高温环境下,该复合材料在8h后的保水性仍大于50%,几乎比聚丙烯酸钠的保水效果提高了一倍,相同干重的聚丙烯钠/氧化石墨烯复合材料的耐盐性优于聚丙烯酸钠。

Abstract:Graphene oxide solution which was prepared by the Hummers method with the flake graphite as a precursor,and the composite material of polyacrylic acid sodium-graphene oxide was prepared from the graphene oxide solution by dispersion polymerization. Their performances were presented by the water absorption, salt tolerance, and water preserving rate of the composite material. The research results show that 10 millilitres of the composite material may adsorb 285 mL/g deionized water. Its water absorption ratio is nearly 30% higher than polyacrylic acid sodium.The water preserving ratio in the composite material is higher than 50% after it puts in the 80~C for 8 h.Its water preserving effect is nearly two times that of the polyaerylic acid sodium' s. The salt tolerance of the same dry weight of the composite material is better than that of the polyacrylic acid sodium.
