摘    要:以浸渍法制备的SBA-15负载磷钼钒杂多酸(PMoV/sBA-15)为催化剂、H。Oz为氧化剂,对模拟柴油进行催化氧化脱硫,考察了H5PMo10V2040的负载量、反应温度、反应时间、氧化剂和模拟柴油体积比对脱硫效果的影响。确定最优反应条件为:H。PMo10V2040(负载量60%)/SBA-15催化剂用量0.2g、反应温度80℃、反应时间90min、氧化剂和模拟柴油体积比1:5,在此条件下,脱硫率可达98.1%。

Oxidative Desulfurization of Diesel Fuel over SBA-15 Supported Molybdovanadophosphoric Heteropoly Acids

Abstract:Oxidative desulfurization was studied using H2 o2 as oxidant, and PMoV/SBA-15 (supported mo- lybdovanadophosphoric heteropoly acids) prepared by wet-impregnation method as catalyst. The influences of loading amount of Hs PMol0 V2O40, reaction temperature, reaction time, volume ratio of oxidant to diesel on the desulfurization efficiency were investigated. The optimum conditions were obtained as follows.the loading amount of Hs PMol0V2 040 was 60 %, catalyst dosage was 0.2 g, reaction time was 90 min, reaction temperature was 80 °C and volume ratio of oxidant to diesel was 1 : 5. Under above conditions, the desulfurization rate reached 98.1%.
