| 摘 要： | 齿轮的齿廓误差是影响齿轮传动平稳性及产生传动噪声的主要因素。在检测齿轮齿廓误差的基础上,分析研究了齿轮的齿廓误差对齿轮传动平稳性和传动噪声的影响,提出了齿轮副综合齿廓误差的概念,认为影响齿轮传动平稳性的是齿轮副的综合齿廓误差。

| Abstract: | The gear tooth profile error is the main factor of affecting the transmission smooth and transmission noise. Based on testing gear tooth profile error, this paper has analyzed and researched the effect of transmission smooth and transmission noise which comes from the gear tooth profile error. The concept of gear pair general gear tooth profile error is put forward. It is proposed that the critical factor of affecting transmission smooth of gear is due to the gear pair general gear tooth profile error. |
