碳酸钾催化绿色合成2-氨基-3-氰基-1,4,5,6-四氢吡喃并[3,2-c]喹啉-5-酮衍生物

摘    要:以4-羟基喹啉-2-酮、丙二腈、芳醛为起始原料,以碳酸钾为催化剂,在乙醇中一锅合成了2-氨基-3-氰基-1,4,5,6-四氢吡喃并3,2-c]喹啉-5-酮衍生物。该方法具有反应条件温和、操作简单、产物易纯化、产率高等优点,是一种无毒、高效的绿色合成方法。

Abstract:Using potassium carbonate as catalyst,2-amino-3-cyano-1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyranoquinolin-5-one derivatives are synthesized in ethanol by one-pot method with 4-hydroxyquinlin-2-(1H)-one,malononitrile and aryl aldehyde as raw materials.This synthetic method is green and effective with mild reaction conditions,simple operation,easy purification and high yield.
