影响涡流室式柴油机冷起动性能的因素分析

分析了所测冷起动过程连续示功图，揭示了低的环境温度对压缩压力、温度、摩擦扭矩、起动电池输出电压、燃油喷射压力和燃油雾化等的影响，并利用高速摄影研究了涡流室式柴油机冷起动过程中非稳态燃烧状况，为进一步改善其冷起动性能提供了参考。

Analysis on Some Factors Affecting Cold Starting of Swirl Chamber Diesel Engine

On the basis of the analysis on a series of P V figures during the cold starting,the paper studies the effect of cold ambient temperture on the compression pressure and temperature,friction torque,starter battery capacity,fuel injection pressure,vaporization and mixing.High speed photography is used to study the unsteady combustion process in a swirl chamber diesel engine during cold starting.The results point the direction to improve the cold starting of swirl chamber diesel engines.
