纳米SiO2与聚丙烯纤维对水泥基材料性能的增强作用研究

摘    要:研究了不同掺量聚丙烯纤维对水泥基材料力学性能的增强作用,以及纳米SiO2在高速研磨搅拌+超声波分散的条件下,对掺聚丙烯纤维的水泥基材料的增强作用.试验结果表明,在水泥基材料中掺入聚丙烯纤维能在一定程度上提高试样的抗折、抗压强度,随着纤维掺量的增加,水泥基材料强度呈现先提高后逐渐降低的趋势.采用高速研磨搅拌+超声波的方法分散纳米SiO2,在纤维及纳米SiO2掺量均很小的情况下,可较大幅度提高水泥基材料的强度.

Abstract:The influences of different contents of polypropylene fiber on mechanical properties of cement-based material are studied.And the enhanced effects of nanometer SiO2 on different contents of polypropylene fiber reinforced cement-based material dispersed by the method of high speed grinding + supersonic wave dispersing are investigated.The experiment results show that the polypropylene fiber can increase the bend and compression strength of samples in a certain extent,and with the increase of polypropylene fiber contents,the strength of samples increases at first and then reduces.The strength of cement-based materials increases obviously in the condition of less contents of polypropylene fiber and nanometer SiO2,when nanometer SiO2 is dispersed by the method of high speed grinding + supersonic wave dispersing.
