蒸养条件下激发剂对水泥-粉煤灰系统性能的影响

摘    要:采用胶砂强度试验分析蒸养条件下自制硫酸盐激发剂FG对水泥-粉煤灰系统力学性能的影响规律,同时采用XRD、DSC-TG微观分析方法探讨FC对水泥-粉煤灰系统的增强机理.结果表明:FG能有效提高蒸养条件下水泥-粉煤灰系统的早期及后期强度,且FG掺量存在最佳值;掺入FG后的水化产物在物相组成上与未掺FG的系统没有根本的差别,FG的掺入加快了胶凝材料的水化速率,所生成的水化硅酸钙凝胶的结构与未掺加FG的浆体不同.

Abstract:The influence of the self-made sulfate activator FG on the mechanical properties of cement-fly ash systems with steam curing is analysed by the compression test.Meanwhile,the mechanism of enhancing effect is approached with the microscopical method XRD and DSC-TG.The results show that FG can effectively improve the conditions of steam curing cement-fly ash system in the early and late strength,and the FG content best value.After the incorporation FG hydration products in phase is basically the same with the...
