基于因子分析法的煤粉锅炉燃烧工况综合优化

摘    要:针对现有锅炉燃烧优化方法的不足,结合某300 MW四角切圆燃烧煤粉锅炉实际运行工况,创新性地利用因子分析法,对锅炉燃烧工况影响因素进行降维分析。按公共因子各自的方差贡献率加权相加计算综合评价得分,从而评价各因素影响作用的大小,避免了各因素之间不可比性给评判决策造成的困难,综合评判的结果正确反映了锅炉实际运行工况,如优化工况6的综合评价得分为0.375 59,其飞灰可燃物含量为3.46%,与同负荷下最大值相比较,减少了2.26%,氮氧化物为643 mg/m3,与同负荷下最大值相比较,减少了52 mg/m3。解决了高效燃烧技术与降低污染物排放的矛盾,相对现有锅炉燃烧工况评判方法,具有一定的优越性。
