摘    要:采用脉冲激振模态试验和有限元模态分析对某车用柴油机机体和油底壳进行了模态分析,得到了其主要固有频率和模态,分析了主要激励源特征和结构响应特征,提出结构优化方向,为进一步的强迫振动和噪声分析奠定了基础.

Abstract:Analyses for one vehicle diesel block and oil sump dynamic properties were carried out by experiments and FEA, and the natural frequencies and modes were obtained. The main excitation forces and structure responses were also discussed, and the optimization tendency was presented. This investigation paves the way for the further NVH(noise vibration harshness) analysis.
