PTA装置蒸汽凝液系统优化运行状况

介绍了辽阳石化芳烃厂PTA装置蒸汽凝液系统的工艺流程,对系统运行状况进行了分析。指出蒸汽凝液系统存在管线频繁出现泄漏、脱氧罐pH值异常、排放罐排凝不畅,放空管线冬季结冰严重等情况。针对上述问题,对蒸汽凝液系统进行改造,确保装置的平稳运行。

Optimization operation conditions of PTA steam condensate system

The technological process of steam condensate system in PTA plant of Aromatic plant of Liaoyang Petro- chenical Company was introduced. The operation conditions of the system was analysed. It was pointed out that the system has the problem such as frequent pipeline leak, pH value abnormal of deoxidation tank, emission tank con- densate discharge not smooth, the vent pipeline freezes in winter severity. According to the above problems, transfor- mation was carried out on the steam condensate system. Smooth operation of the plant was ensured.
