2-83 dtex/36 f直纺扁平涤纶FDY生产工艺探讨

采用特性黏度为0.645 dL/g的半消光PET熔体直接纺丝、利用双头纺工艺生产2-83 dtex/36 f扁平涤纶FDY。结果表明:采用喷丝板孔长为1.6 mm,孔宽为0.12 mm,油嘴上油,纺丝温度287℃,纺丝速度1 900 m/min,环吹风风压40 Pa,拉伸温度92℃,拉伸倍数2.3².5,卷绕速度4 400 m/min,生产的扁平涤纶FDY条干不匀率为1.32%,沸水收缩率7.3%,产品染色均匀度大于4级,扁平度4.82,利用双头纺工艺倍增了产能。

Production process of 2-83 dtex/36 f direct spinning flat PET FDY

By using the semi-dull PET melt with intrinsic viscosity of 0. 645 dL/g,using melt direct spinning and double- headed spinning process,a kind of 2-83 dtex/36 f flat PET FDY was produced. The results showed that the production can be stabilized by using the spinneret with the length of the hole 1.6 mm and the width of the hole 0. 12 mm,using nozzle oiling,spining temperature at 287 ℃, spining speed at 1 900 m/min, cross air pressure at 40 Pa, drawing temperature at 92℃ ,draw ratio 2.3 -2.5 ,winding speed at 4 400 m/min. The obtained flat PET fiber had yarn unenevenness 1.32%, dyeing evenness above Grade 4 and boiling water shrinkage 7.3% ,flatness 4.82. The production capacity can be doubled by using double-beaded spinning process.
