| 摘 要： | 摘要：在单组分聚氨酯防水涂料的合成中，引入三羟甲基丙烷（TMP）扩链剂，并与1，4-丁二醇、胺类扩链剂（6200）进行比较。结果表明：采用TMP扩链剂的聚氨酯防水涂料，其力学性能和热老化性能均较优；当TMP的添加量为0．05％，制得的聚氨酯防水涂料的综合性能最优。

| Abstract: | One-component polyurethane waterproofing coating was prepared using trimethylolpropane （TMP） as chain extender. Compared with 1,4-butanediol and amine chain extender（6200）, the results showed that the mechanical and thermal aging properties of polyurethane waterproofing using TMP as chain extender were better; when the dosage of TMP was 0.05%, TMP modified polyurethane waterproofing coating had optimal comprehensive properties. |
