摘    要:在固定床加氢中试装置上,以不同性质的混合柴油为原料,在氢分压75 MPa、体积空速10 h-1、氢/油体积比 800、反应温度350~370℃的条件下,进行柴油中压加氢改质实验,考察了原料性质对柴油加氢改质反应中芳烃饱和率、多环环烷烃开环率和断链率的影响。结果表明,原料芳烃含量较低时,更有利于芳烃饱和反应以及多环环烷烃开环反应的进行;断链反应使得产物中柴油馏分的链烷烃量高于原料。对于同一种原料,随反应温度增加,芳烃饱和率的增幅较为缓和,而多环环烷烃开环率显著增加;原料中芳烃含量越低,多环环烷烃开环率随反应温度的变化越显著。

Abstract:In hydrogenation pilot plant, experiments of diesel hydro upgrading at medium pressure were carried out using mixed diesel oil with different properties as feedstock, to investigate the effects of feed properties on the aromatic saturation, ring opening and cracking reactions. The reaction conditions were listed as following: hydrogen partial pressure of 75 MPa, volume space velocity of 10 h-1,hydrogen/oil volume ratio of 800, reaction temperature of 350 370℃. Results indicate that the low aromatic content in feed is more favorable for the aromatic saturation, subsequent ring opening and cracking reactions. And the alkane content of the diesel fraction in product is larger than that of the feed, as a result of chain breaking. Moreover, with respect to the same feed, along with the increasing of reaction temperature, the saturation rate of aromatics increases slightly, while the ring opening rate and cracking rate increases significantly. And the amplitude of variation for the ring opening rate and cracking rate is relatively large for the feed with lower aromatic content.
