配电网合环信号相角差的评估方法研究与仿真

摘    要:为了提高配电网合环操作质量,避免配电线路出现过流保护误动,确保配电网的顺利运行,研究配电网合环信号相角差的评估方法,为配电网合环操作提供理论基础。分析10 kV配电网合环转电影响因素,利用叠加定理塑造配电网合环等值电路,给出配电网合环信号相角差运算条件,分析并获取配电网电压向量取值范围,得到不同合环方式母线电压相角差评估过程,获取夏大、夏小两种情况下不同合环方式的相角差分布结果,以及不同情况下的合环方式和合环运算采取的母线电压取值方案。仿真实验结果说明,所提方法具有较高的配电网合环信号相角差评估准确度,稳定性较高,提高合环操作的成功率。

Abstract:In order to improve the quality of loop closing operation of the distribution network, avoid the over-current protection misoperation of distribution lines and ensure the smooth operation of the distribution network, this paper studies the evaluation method of phase angle differences of the loop closing signal in the distribution network, and is expected to provide the theoretical basis for the loop closing operation. The paper explores the factors affecting the closing loop of a 10 kV distribution network, uses the superposition theorem to shape the equivalent circuit of the closing loop, and gives the calculation conditions of the loop closing phase angles, analyzes and obtains the range of voltage vectors, and obtains the evaluation process of the bus voltage phase angle difference under different loop closing modes, and acquires the phase angle distribution result of different loop closing modes under both Big Summer and Small Summer conditions and the bus voltage valuation scheme for closing loop mode and closing loop operation under different conditions. The simulation results show that the proposed method has high accuracy, high stability and high success rate of closed-loop operation.
