载体和助剂对CO气相合成草酸二甲酯的影响

摘    要:采用XRD、BET等手段,考察Pd-Al2O3催化剂载体晶型和助剂种类对CO气相偶联合成草酸二甲酯的影响。结果表明,以α-Al2O3为催化剂载体,以La为助剂,草酸二甲酯的空时收率达到0.53 g/mL.h,CO转化率达到70%。

Abstract:By means of XRD,BET and evaluating,it was investigated that the crystal type of supports and the kind of the promoter affect the coupling reactions of the synthesis of dimethyl oxalate from carbon monoxide and methyl nitrite.The results showed that the catalyst with α-Al2O3 as the support and La as the promoter showed good catalytic performance.The yield of dimethyl oxalate is 0.53 g/mL·h,and the conversion ratio of CO is 70%.
