| 摘 要： | 油脚经室温直接丙酮溶液浸出、真空脱溶干燥法制得了粉状大豆磷脂。产品含磷脂量达95%以上,色泽为淡黄色。

| Abstract: | The powder soybean phosphatides from soybean oil foots were prepared
by the process of room-temperature direct acetone solvent extraction and
vacuum desolventization dry.The quantity of phosphatides contained in
the product is over ninety-five percent,and their color is fresh yellow. |
