液压系统污染问题的探讨

摘    要:从污染角度,对液压系统及其组成进行了分类,并对预防污染的全过程进行了阶段划分。提出了设计污染的概念。强调了设计是预防污染的基础和出发点。对液压油污染和液压系统污染的异同进行了探讨。提出应以液压系统清洁度的概念来建立评定液压系统污染的标准体系。

Abstract:In the view of pollution, the hydraulic system and its components were classified, and the whole process of anti-pollution was separated. The concept of design pollution was put forward. That the design was the basis and starting point of anti-pollution was stressed.The discrepancies between the hydraulic oil pollution and hydraulic system pollution was discussed. The concept that hydraulic system cleanliness should be used to establish the standard system for evaluating the hydraulic system pollution was put forward .
