热管式固相粉末换热系统传热分析

摘    要:介绍了一种新型分离热管式固相粉末换热系统的工作原理,并对其传热情况进行了分析。该种新型的分离热管式固相粉末换热系统已得到实际应用,用来加热高炉喷煤用的空气和煤粉的混合物,增加高炉的喷煤量,减少焦炭用量,运行效果良好。利用分离式热管作为以固相粉末为换热介质时的传热元件是完全可行的。

Abstract:This paper introduces the working principle of a new type separating heat pipe solid phase powder heat exchange system and performs an analysis of the heat exchange situation.The system has been practical application to heat the mixture of air and coal powder in blast furnace pulverized coal injection.The application shows that the running effect is good,the quantity of pulverized coal injection is increased,and the coke consumption is decreased.It is thus clear that using the separating heat pipe for the h...
