一起油系统消缺引发的爆炸事故分析

摘    要:分析某厂一起消除汽轮机油系统挂闸油管漏油点故障时发生的氢爆炸事故,认为为消除缺陷,采取停止空侧密封油系统,只维持氢侧密封油系统运行的方式,使双环流密封系统变成单环流密封系统,降低了密封性能,是造成事故的原因以及应吸取的经验教训。

Abstract:An accident of hydrogen explosion,occurred in case of eliminating oil-leaking spots on latching oil tube for turbine oil system, is analyzed in this paper. In order to eliminate the defects, the measures of stopping the operating of sealing oil system on the air-side of generator,only keep the running of sealing oil system on the hydrogen-side of generator are taken to change doublecirculation into single-circulation, deteriorate the sealing performance, which are the reasons of the accident.
