| 摘 要： | 在发电企业的竞争力评价中,客观赋权法体现了指标的信息量,而主观赋权法体现了指标的价值量,综合评价应当体现二者的统一。运用最小二乘法将主客观权重结合起来形成组合权重,并运用灰色关联分析法给出评价结果,使得评价结果更具有合理性、可信性。通过实例证明了该方法的实用性。

| Abstract: | With the objective to overcome the shortcomings of single subjective or objective weight in competitive power evaluation for generation enterprise,a new assessment method combining these two weights is proposed.The AHP is used to reflect the subjective judgment.The variation coefficient method is used to reflect the objective value of information transferred by index.The grey relational analysis is used to determine the assessment result.The example shows that this method is efficient. |
