摘    要:分别对高、中、低三种温度类型分散染料,采用原位聚合法进行双层造壁微胶囊化;并将制得的微胶囊化分散染料对仿麂皮织物进行高温高压无助剂染色。与传统的分散染料高温高压染色进行对比,微胶囊分散染料染色的废水吸光度是传统分散染料的1/50,摩擦牢度、变色牢度和沾色牢度两者相当,其耐日晒牢度稍有提高。

Abstract:Microencapsulated disperse dyes of S, SE and E types with double layered wall were prepared by in-situ polymerization. The microencapsulated disperse dyes were used to dye suede-like fabric under high temperature high pressure without auxiliaries, and compared with traditional disperse dyeing. The results showed that the microencapsulated disperse dyes featured better color fastness to sunlight. The absorbance of dyeing wastewater is 1/50 of that of conventional disperse dye. The rubbing fastness, color change fastness and staining fastness are equal to that of traditional disperse dye.
