| 摘 要： | 我国高纯TiO2的主要市场在PTC热敏电阻、MLCC、半导体电容及SrTiO3基压敏电阻领域。年市场需求约6300t,其中,PTC热敏电阻约需1200t、MLCC约需5000t、半导体电容约需65t,SrTiO3基压敏电阻约需35t。高纯TiO2的国内售价,仅是日本东邦TiO2的1/3～1/2。

| Abstract: | Main market of high purity TiO2 in China lies in PTC thermistor,MLCC,semiconductor capacitor,and SrTiO3-based varistor,which annually demand about 6 300 tons.Among them about 1 200 tons are used for PTC thermistor,5 000 tons for MLCC,65 tons for semiconductor capacitor and 35 tons for SrTiO3-based varistor.The price of high purity TiO2 is about 1/3 to 1/2 of Toho’s TiO2,Japan. |
