DNT在搅拌釜内液滴大小分布规律的研究

摘    要:本文采用界面缩聚反应和筛分分析相结合的方法,研究湍流搅拌釜内DNT-水非均相体系的分散特性,探讨液滴大小的分布规律,研究了搅拌转速、分散相的体积分率、两相的密度差、相际间的界面张力对此规律的影响,得到了关联有关参数的数学表达式,与国内外文献对比,本文所得的关系式包括的参数多,应用范围较广,对研究苯、甲苯的硝化具有实际意义,同时为研究液-液分散机理提供了依据。

Abstract:By means of the analytic method combining interfacial con- densation reaction with the screening analysis, this paper has re- searched the disperse feature of DNT-WATER heterogeneous system in a turbulence agitate reactor, searched the distribution rule of liquid drop sizes, and studied the rules which are influenced by agitate speed, volume percentage of dispersed phase, density difference and interracial tension between two phase. And has obrained mathematical equation between sauter mean drop diameter and the above factors Compared with home and abroad literatures, the research in- volves much more influence factors and wider applicable ranges. It has practical significance to nitration of benzene and toluene and provides the scientific basis for studying liquid-liquid disperse mechanism.
