磁网络模型在两相激磁开关磁阻电机中的应用

摘    要:针对两相激磁开关磁阻电机(TPESR电机)初始设计中采用有限元方法速度太慢的问题,建立了TPESR电机的非线性变结构等效磁网络模型以提高设计效率,提出了一种气隙磁导的计算方法和局部饱和的处理技术。利用该模型对TPESR电机进行了磁场特性的分析,并且和有限元计算及试验结果做了比较。结果证明,磁网络模型的计算速度要远高于有限元,而精确度基本满足要求.适于进行电机初始设计。

Abstract:In the initial design of the two-phase excited switched reluctance(TPESR),the finite element analysis(FEA)is a basic tool.But it is too slow.So the nonlinear variable structure equivalent magnetic circuit model(MCM) of TPESR motors is established to improve the design efficiency.A new air-gap permeance calculation method has been presented and the treatment of local saturation is discussed in detail.The magnetic characteristics of the TPESR motors are analyzed with this method and the results are compared with FEA and experiments.These comparisons verifiy that MCM is much quicker than FEA with reasonable precision and suitable for initial motor design.
