倒锥形齿轮齿厚的“量球”测量法

现代轿车变速器齿轮,要求换档时啮入迅速、平稳,工作时不脱档,其传动齿轮大多数制成倒锥形。传统的检测方法不适用于这类齿轮,现采用“量球测量法”来测量倒锥形齿的齿厚,生产上比较实用,本文介绍了这种测量方法的理论依据以及实例。

Teeth Thickness Measure of Cone Gears

The gear wheels of modern cars match fast and steady nibbles when changing the shelves,and are not allowed to go out of track while working, and thus they are shaped like reverse cones. The traditional detection method is not suitable for the gear wheels. The ball measure detection which can measure the thickness of the gearing is relatively more practical for production. This paper introduces the theoretical foundation for the measure and instances are given.
