摘    要:隧道穿越岩溶区施工中,洞周帷幕注浆止水是隧道辅助施工的有效方法,以在建宜万铁路金子山隧道穿越97 m的F2富水洞段为例,建立了隧道帷幕注浆模拟的数值模型,详尽分析了掌子面距富水断层不同距离时隧道掌子面岩体的应力场和位移场,探讨了不同条件时隧道的稳定性;同时就隧道施工中不同帷幕加固范围时隧道围岩的位移、应力进行分析,探讨了隧道帷幕注浆安全、经济、合理的加固范围。以上两方面的讨论为金子山隧道帷幕注浆提供了必要的技术支持,论文的研究方法和研究思路可供同类工程借鉴。

Abstract:The technique of curtain grouting for water stop is a effective method in the auxiliary construction of the tunnel passing through a karst region, In the construction of F2 tunnel section being rich in water of Jinzishan Tunnel of Yichang-Wanzhou Railrood, which is through 97 meters, the numerical model of the curtain grouting is established, the stress field and the displacement field of the rock mass in headingface in different distances are analyzed detailedly, the stability of the tunnel under different conditions is discussed, and the safety, economic and reasonable reinforcement range for the curtain grouting in the tunnel is also discussed, in order to provide the necessary technique support for the construction of the curtain grouting in Jinzishan Tunnel.
