湿法烟气脱硫系统设计节能分析

摘    要:从吸收塔烟气流速、改善吸收塔周边区域烟气和浆液的分布等方面探讨了吸收塔设计优化对湿法烟气脱硫系统能耗的影响。分析了不同规格的石灰石粒径与湿法烟气脱硫系统能耗的关系,并以600MW机组为例对上述因素进行了技术经济比较。

Abstract:The effects of absorber design optimization on the energy-saving of wet FGD system were discussed, especially the velocity of flue gas inside absorber, the distribution of gas and slurry around absorber. The relationship between different particle size of wet limestone and the energy consumption of wet FDG system was analyzed. Taking 600 MW power unit for instance, the given factors were compared in the technical and economic aspect.
