| 摘 要： | 首先对工程造价控制进行了概述,而后阐述了建设项目施工阶段造价控制的目标与对象,最后重点分析了建设单位在施工阶段进行造价控制应采取的措施,以有效控制工程造价、防止施工超预算,从而取得投资效益最大化。

| Abstract: | Firstly the control of engineering cost is elaborated.Meanwhile,cost control target and objective in construction stage of building project are introduced.In the end measures should be adopted by construction enterprises in construction stage for cost control are mainly analyzed in order to realize effective control of engineering cost,prevent budget beyond estimate and maximize economic returns. |
