萃取—絮凝法再生废润滑油的研究

摘    要:废油再生具有既保护环境,又节约资源的意义。出于两方面考虑和日益苛刻的要求,废油再生加工向大型化和无酸精制工艺发展。萃取—絮凝法是一种无污染的废油再生新技术,并可望成为传统酸一白土精制较理想的替代工艺。本文通过对一种劣质废油进行再生的试验研究,筛选出了AB型复合萃取—絮凝溶剂,适宜的溶剂组成(A∶B)和剂油比(S∶O)。经理化指标检验,再生油质量优于传统酸—白土精制油,并接近润滑油基础油质量标准。

Abstract:The waste oil regeneration can not only protect environment from pollution, but also save crude oil reserves. On the two fundamental reasons and the growing critical requirements, it has been trending towards large-scale and acid -free rerefining process. Extration - flocculation method is one of the new technologies with no environmental pollution, and expected to be the alternative process of classical acid-clay rerefining. This paper describes the regeneration results of a inferior waste oil with the extraction - flocculation method, and related problems were also discussed comprehensively.
