Application of value engineering analysis in production management of coal mine |

| Abstract: | Base on practical production in Lüjiatuo Coal Mine of Kailuan Group Cooperation,the production costs and economic benefit of coal mining are analyzed systematically by means of value engineering.Direct to the main reasons of high cost and loss of resources,practical method is proposed.By the improvement,obvious benefit has been brought out in two years practice. |
