| 摘 要： | 介绍了三星化工有限责任公司5万t/a低压联醇装置的工艺流程和主要设备;简述了催化剂装填方案和升温还原过?;评述了装置的技术特点及经济效益。结果表明:项目建设投资约为1100万元,仅副产蒸汽和节电每年可创经济效益~830万元。

| Abstract: | Author has introduced the process and main equipment for the low pressure combination methanol plant with a capacity of 50000 t/a in the Sansung Chemical Engineering Company Ltd. ; has briefly described the filling scheme/process and heating/reducing for the catalyst; has evaluated the technical features and economic benefit for the plant. Result indicates that the construction investment of the project is only about 11 millon RMB Yuan, only the by-product of steam and electricity conversation can create economic benefit about 8.3 million RMB Yuan. |
