根据《建筑工程定额与预算》课程的特点,总结多年教学实践的体会,提出了该课程教学建设的一系列措施：强调课程重要性,使学生明确课程学习的意义;精心挑选教材,备足教学参考资料;注重培养学生分析、解决问题的能力和自学能力;充分发挥教师的主导作用,培养＂双师型＂的教师;教学中理论联系实际,支持、鼓励学生参加执业资格证考试.

Measure Discussion on Teaching Construction about the Course of "Quota and Budget of Architecture Engineering"

According to the characteristic of course of "quota and budget of architecture engineering ",summarizing the experience practice in teaching for many years,the author proposed a series of measures of this course teaching construction: emphasizing importance of the course and making students define the meaning of course study;selecting meticulously teaching materials and preparing enough teaching reference materials;training attentively students' ability to analyse,solve problems and teach oneself;fully playing to the teachers' leading role and training teachers of "double division types";combining theory with practice in teaching and supporting and encouraging students to participate the examination of qualification certificate of practice.
