摘    要:研究了Cu-Al-TiO2-B2O3粉末在机械合金化和随后的烧结过程中结构的变化,结果表明:Cu-Al-TiO2-B2O3粉末通过机械合金化可以形成Cu(Ti,B)及Al2O3和少量的TiCu3粉末,Al2O3是通过机械合金化过程中的自维持反应形成的,采用Cu,Al,TiO2和B2O3作为原料,通过机械合金化和随后的加压烧结,可以制备性能较好的(TiB2 Al2O3)增强铜基复合材料。

Abstract:The structure changes of Cu Al TiO 2 B 2O 3 powders during mechanical alloying and sintering subsequently were investigated The results indicate that Cu(B, Ti), Al 2O 3 and a little TiCu 3 powders can be formed in Cu Al TiO 2 B 2O 3 powders through mechanical alloying, the Al 2O 3 is formed by a local self sustained reaction during mechanical alloying The dual phase reinforced composite Cu (TiB 2+Al 2O 3 ), with a good properties, can be synthesized through processes of mechanical alloying and sintering with the raw materials of Cu, Al, TiO 2, and B 2O 3
