汽车离合器盘毂法兰盘成形工艺分析

摘    要:根据汽车离合器盘毂的结构特点,设计其轴杆部分与法兰盘分开加工的工艺,探讨了厚度为3mm的离合器盘毂法兰盘采用精密冲裁的可能性。首先利用有限元方法,采用Deform-3D对法兰盘精密冲压进行模拟仿真,分析不同间隙以及不同压边力和反压力对工件质量的影响,结果表明:厚度为3mm的离合器盘毂法兰盘可采用精密冲裁加工;当模具间隙0.03mm,压边力为800kN和反压力为400kN时零件质量较好。

Abstract:According to the structure characteristics of automobile clutch disc hub, the process of the shaft rod part and flange machined respectively has been designed. The fine blanking technology of 3ram thick clutch disc hub flange has been discussed. The fine blanking process of the flange has been simulated by use of finite element method of Deform-3D software. The effects of different clearances and blank-holder force and counter force on quality of workpiece have been analyzed. The result shows that 3mm thick clutch disc hub flange can be machined by fine blanking process. The quality of workpiece is better when the tool gap is 0.03ram, the blank-holder force is 800kN, and counter force is 400kN.
