XGF-2阻垢剂在加氢裂化装置上的工业应用

摘    要:比较了XGF 2阻垢剂在茂名加氢裂化装置上使用前后高压进料换热器的换热效果 ,分析了阻垢剂加入进料后对加氢催化剂的活性、选择性和稳定性以及装置的生产操作参数和产品质量的影响。结果表明 ,该阻垢剂防垢效果显著 ,注入后最大限度地保持了进料换热器的换热效果 ;对加氢精制和加氢裂化催化剂的活性、选择性、稳定性影响很小 ,产品质量满足质量指标要求 ,经济效益较好。

Abstract:The heat exchanging results of the high-pressure feed exchanger before and after adding XGF-2 antifoulant in the feedstock of the hydrocracker at Maoming Petrochemical Company were compared. Its effect on the activity, selectivity and stability of the hydrogenation catalyst, and the influence on operation parameters and product quality were analyzed. The results indicated that the said antifoulant only slightly affected the activity, selectivity and stability of the catalyst. The product quality could meet the standard and economic effect was promising.
