齿轮裂纹声发射检测模拟实验研究

摘    要:提出了一种齿轮裂纹声发射检测模拟实验方案,设计了一套齿轮齿牙承载实验装置,构建了声发射检测系统,进行了实验过程中噪声干扰和消噪方法分析。应用小波包技术有效地提取了齿轮裂纹扩展声发射信号特征,并采用软解调技术进行了声发射源的识别。

Abstract:The simulation experiment of acoustic emission(AE) technique for gear fatigue fracture testing is provided.A set of gear tooth load-bearing equipment is designed.And the AE testing system is built.During the procedure of the experiment,the noise-disturbing problems and the noise-eliminating method are analyzed.After the AE signals are acquired,the wavelet packet analysis is employed in obtaining the characteristic of the gear fatigue fracture spread.The soft demodulation method is applied to identifying the AE source.
