摘    要:通过有限元数值模拟来分析结构参数对单螺杆泵工作性能的影响,主要对比分析了单螺杆泵初始模型、改变转子截面直径和改变转子偏心距后的模型,观察螺杆泵转子在定子中的初始位移及螺杆泵定、转子接触过盈力的变化规律。结果表明,实际工况下转子截面中心运动轨迹并非是理论上的直线,而是椭圆;减小转子截面直径能迅速降低密封线上的最大接触应力,而转子偏心距的减小不仅能降低密封线上的接触应力,而且能使密封线处的密封力更加均匀;可以通过增大或减小转子截面直径或偏心距的办法来保证圆弧处的密封力。

Abstract:The finite element numerical simulation was adopted to analyze the effect of structural parameters on the operating performance of single-screw pump.
