深水石油钻采工程模拟试验装置的研制

摘    要:深水恶劣的海洋环境及复杂的地质条件,使得深水油气田在钻采过程面临巨大的挑战。为此,研制了深水石油钻采工程模拟试验装置。该装置可以模拟3 000~5 000 m水深的海底环境。在试验装置底部加装海底土后能够进行深水喷射法下表层套管、深水浅层地质灾害预测、深水水下井口稳定性、深水水下采油树力学分析及深水石油装备等模拟试验,也可以开展自升式钻井平台桩腿插拔桩等模拟试验研究。该装置具有环境压力高、内部空间大、土质置换方便、操作简单、数据采集可靠以及试验过程可视化等特点。深水模拟试验装置为我国深水钻完井模拟试验提供了一个良好的试验平台。

Abstract:The bad deep-water marine environment and the complex geological conditions give rise to great challenges for the drilling and production of deep-water oilfields and gasfields.
