控压钻井系统特性分析与关键工艺实现方法

摘    要:在系统总结和对比分析国外控压钻井装备特点和技术特征后,重点介绍了国内首台PCDS-I精细控压钻井系统研制进展,阐述了装备结构组成和功能特点,同时开发了一套控压钻井钻进、接单根、重浆压井和起下钻等控压关键工艺实现方法。现场应用表明,该工艺方法动态压力控制精度高,钻进过程系统回压控制精度达到0.2 MPa,接单根、起下钻过程系统回压控制精度达到0.5 MPa,能满足现场控压作业要求。
