摘    要:为使超短半径水平井技术应用在小扩孔空间内,设计了转向空间在300~450 mm之间的转向轨迹,建立了小钻杆和小型转向轨迹的有限元模型,并对钻杆转向过程进行了有限元仿真模拟。模拟结果表明,钻杆通过滑道时所受阻力随滑道曲率的变化单调增加,阻力的大小受曲率变化及其在滑道中所处位置的影响;钻杆截面变形量由于塑性因素变化具有累加性,在滑道内随曲率变化呈阶段性增加,但最终变形量不影响钻杆性能。

Abstract:To. apply the ultrashort radius horizontal well technology to small reaming space, the steering track with the steering space between 300 mm and 450 mm was designed. The finite element model of small drillpipe and small steering track was established and a finite element simulation of the drillpipe steering process was conducted.
