| 摘 要： | 南堡油田大斜度井采用整体气举采油方式生产,存在封隔器密封效果差、解封起出难和清蜡效果差等问题。为此,研究了大斜度井气举配套管柱。它将丢手坐封管柱和气举插入生产管柱采用分体式设计,检修上部气举管柱时无需起出下部封隔器,可降低作业难度,缩短施工周期;采用液压坐封方式,具有防撞和自扶正功能。管柱在现场试验5口井,未出现中途坐封现象,清蜡周期由原来的2 d延长至15～20 d,提高了气举阀的投捞成功率,封隔器坐封处最大井斜59.14°,最大井深4 305 m,位移2 611.11 m,封隔器和插管验封合格率100%。
