南堡油田人工岛大斜度井气举配套管柱研究

摘    要:南堡油田大斜度井采用整体气举采油方式生产,存在封隔器密封效果差、解封起出难和清蜡效果差等问题。为此,研究了大斜度井气举配套管柱。它将丢手坐封管柱和气举插入生产管柱采用分体式设计,检修上部气举管柱时无需起出下部封隔器,可降低作业难度,缩短施工周期;采用液压坐封方式,具有防撞和自扶正功能。管柱在现场试验5口井,未出现中途坐封现象,清蜡周期由原来的2 d延长至15~20 d,提高了气举阀的投捞成功率,封隔器坐封处最大井斜59.14°,最大井深4 305 m,位移2 611.11 m,封隔器和插管验封合格率100%。

Abstract:The highly deviated wells in Nanpu Oilfield adopt the whole gas lifting oil production mode in which there exist such problems as poor sealability and difficult releasing of the packer and poor wax-removing effect.
