新型防砂管柱的研究与应用

为有效延长防砂有效期,研制了新型防砂管柱。该管柱主要由充填工具、防砂筛管、扶正器及托砂装置组成,与普通防砂管柱相比,有以下创新点:(1)防砂尾管的密封由丝堵变为密封插头,防砂管在下井过程中有利于保持内外压平衡,减小防砂管柱下井阻力,有利于保护防砂管;(2)管柱下部配套大通径密封工具,方便尾管的插入、密封及沉砂通道的畅通;(3)沉砂空间由尾管变为套管,在相同高度的情况下,沉砂容积增加28倍。新型防砂管柱现场实施36口井,作业一次性成功率100%,平均单井日产液83 m3,日产油5.5 t。
