悬挂内衬管、注水泥封固的套损井修复方法

针对油水井套管在中、下部损坏或损坏部位是套管错断、变形等情况时,不适合使用膨胀管进行修复的问题,给出了一种使用引导锥、悬挂内衬管和注水泥封固的套管损坏修复工艺。该工艺与传统套管修复工艺相比,有以下特点:①解决了传统膨胀管补贴工艺膨胀头无法通过套管严重变形位置的问题;②修复后内衬管的强度较大,可满足后期施工要求;③修复套管可获得较大的内通径,为后期生产提供方便;④解决了传统内衬管无固井段贴补不牢固的问题。2口井的修复实例表明,采用该工艺修复的套管,恢复油井正常生产,表明套管修复成功。该工艺和方法可为同类油水井套管修复提供借鉴。
