摘    要:建立了某直联转子系统的有限元模型,进行了扭转固有频率的计算;考虑轴承的影响,进行了在定刚度和随转速变刚度情况下,系统弯曲固有特性分析,并采用对数衰减率进行了运动稳定性分析;最后根据API617相关标准,施加2种激励工况,进行了不平衡响应计算.对所有计算结果均与试验结果进行了对比.

Abstract:By establishing a finite element model for a specific directly-driven rotor system,the inherent reverse frequency is calculated.With response to the impact of bearings,the inherent system bending properties are analyzed regarding fixed stiffness and rotary-speed-varied rigidity.In addition,the movement stability is analyzed using the logarithmic decay rate.Subject to API617-related standards,two excitation conditions are imposed for imbalanced response calculation.To this end,a comparison between calculation and testing results has been conducted.
