| 摘 要： | 针对陆地油田成熟的偏心分注技术用于人工岛大位移斜井分注时,存在管柱起下困难、管柱及封隔器偏心造成密封效果差和工作寿命短等问题,研制了大位移斜井多级分注管柱及配套工具,主要包括双锚定分段解卡多级分注管柱和小直径注水配套工具,满足了滩海油田人工岛大斜度井的分注要求,提高了分注效果,并延长了分注管柱的工作寿命。现场7口井的应用表明,该分注管柱最大通过井段井斜为59.03°,最大注水井段斜度为50.02°,最大位移2.94 km,施工均取得成功,可完全满足滩海油田大位移井深斜井分注的需要。
