摘    要:针对深海管道卷管铺设系统结构复杂,无法直接在实验室中开展研究的现状,参考国外相关技术,根据相似原理,选择了合理的相似模型和相似准则,计算出了试验系统的运动参数和结构参数,选择合理的试验平台,设计了试验系统。提出了卷管盘系统、斜道角度调节系统、定位矫直系统、张紧器系统、悬管夹系统等功能实现的结构方案以及应力测试方案。该试验系统为深海管道卷管铺设系统的功能验证和自主研发提供了试验依据。

Abstract:The structure of the reel-laying system of deepwater pipeline is so complex that it cannot be studied in the laboratory.Therefore the movement parameters and structural parameters of the testing system were calculated by selecting the reasonable similarity model and similarity principle, and the proper testing platform was chosen and the testing system was designed.
